At Abington Reproductive Medicine & Lancaster Fertility, our fertility specialists have taken the lead in combining the most current medical advances with heartfelt support for couples who are trying to get pregnant and experiencing infertility. Using breakthrough technologies, many of which have been pioneered or perfected here onsite, our nationally recognized reproductive endocrinologists bring the latest in research and science, along with superior expertise to each patient. Our goal with all patients, even those who have already been under the care of another reproductive center, is to explore every option, carefully and compassionately, ensuring every chance for success. We want our patients to feel comfortable and assured, as if they are being cared for by a family member or close friend.

Abington Reproductive Medicine has helped many gay, lesbian and transgender couples create families with the assistance of fertility treatments. To begin, you will have an initial consultation with one of our board certified fertility specialist to discuss your medical history, testing and potential treatment. The next step is diagnostic testing to discover the level of fertility in either partner. Once testing is complete, our medical team will develop a protocol and you can begin your journey to parenthood!

Donor Sibling Registry
Wendy Kramer

National Organization

The Donor Sibling Registry (DSR), a national non-profit, has started a worldwide conversation about the donor-conception industry and an expanded definition of family.

As a prospective parent seeking information on donor conception, DSR can:

-- help you choose among cryobanks by reading about other parents\' experiences with them - the good, the bad and the (very) ugly;

-- help you decide among donors by viewing information about their offspring and even connecting with their offspring\'s families;

-- help you learn about what your future children may ask you, so you can decide whether a \"willing to be known\" donor is best for your family.

DSR is a welcoming organization for lesbian and gay families, and a strong advocate for recognition and support of diversity of all kinds. One third of the Board of Directors is lesbian.
